 Structural characteristics and the scope of application
1, Hang Donou microporous filter tubes in the horizontal and sealed body as main filtration area. The bottom of the filter has a filter plate as accessorial filtration area which can be turned. It is fixed in the cover of the filter, both locked by the mesh-type quick-opening body with possibility of bi-directional pulling out. With low mounting height, easy maintenance, etc., and it can replace filter press in the traditional workshop.
2, The main filtration zone will quickly filter suspension, and the auxiliary filtration zone can complete a filtration of residual suspension inside the machine. The cake will be discharged to the bottom plate for washing, dewatering and other operations;
3, Filtering, static washing, and dewatering process will be completed within one machine, to avoid cake to be contaminated by outsiders;
4, The areas of filter plate below filter of the same filter diameter is bigger than PGP, PGX series at 20% or more, so the capacity of each batch of cake is also great;
5, It has been widely used in filtering, washing and dewatering of ultra-fine metal powders, ultrafine inorganic salts powders, crystals, rare-earth and other solid products. |
