Overview:

There are many types of filter media. "Donou microfiltration" is a representative of the branch of rigid non-metallic organic materials. It uses UHMW plastic as substrate, adding corresponding additives (to improve temperature resistance, aging resistance and chemical stability) to form the porous sintered body. It has high filtering precision, better tensile strength, good chemical stability and long service life. After repeated improvement and development of 20 years, there are various specifications of filter tubes and filter plates with eight kinds of filter pore sizes, two kinds of temperature resistance, a variety of size specifications, and other customized shapes for the customers.
In the production process, controll manufacturing processes and check the products for millipore diameter, special resistance, mechanical strength and porosity strictly, to ensure that every batch of products will be in line with the company's standards, and to ensure high efficienct and long service for the customers.
 
Performance:

1, High filtration efficiency, the maximum filtering accuracy up to 0.3 ;

2, High regeneration efficiency, long life, the longest continuous service life of 10 years, the least of 2 or 3 years;

3, Excellent resistance to chemical corrosion, exceptional resistance of various acid, alkali and salt, resistance of  most organic solvents 90 ℃ below, tasteless, non-toxic, non-stripping foreign body, excellent mechanical properties, and not easily damaged;

4. Resistance temperature of microporous PE material = 80℃; Resistance temperature of microporous PA material = 100℃;

5. Higher mechanical intensity of microporous filtration components, especially excellent resistance to the impact strength, and not easily damaged;
 6, Other uses:
⑴ Gas-solid precise filtration: can be used for removal of gas and dust, removal of oil droplets and filtration of water droplet;

⑵ Gas bubbling: can be used to increase the solubility of gas in liquid in gas dispersed bubble, and bubble diameter is thin and uniform; (a) for air bubble in the wastewater treatment (b) gas bubbling in bubble tower (c) gas bubbling in absorption operation (d ) ozone dispersed bubbling in the disinfection of drinking water (e) gas dispersed bubbling in chemical reaction;
⑶ As gas distribution plate in powder operation (such as powder transmission and powder fluid, etc.);
⑷ As supporting plates in o ther operations of scattering solids and liquids (ion exchange column, chromatographfy column, and so on) to diversify the porous solid;

⑸ Exhaust muffler for compressed gases to the atmosphere;
