“Zhejiang Manufacturing” is a brand mark initiated by Zhejiang Province to make “Zhejiang Manufacturing” a brand mark with strict certification standards, aiming at the domestic first-class and international advanced level. Its technical indicators need to achieve “domestic first-class and international advanced”, that is, If there are no similar products internationally, the product must reach domestic leading standards; if similar products exist internationally, the product must reach advanced international standards. Due to this, the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard has set strict requirements for the participating enterprises, specifying that only industry-leading companies can take part in its formulation.

On September 13, 2023, Zhejiang Dongou Filter Manufacturing Co., Ltd. successfully held the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard launch meeting. The meeting was attended by Song Zhiqi,  General Manager, Ji Shuangfeng, Assistant General Manager, Xu Wei, Manager of the Human Resources Department, and members of the project team for the "Polymer Sintered Microfiltration Membrane Elements" standard. At the meeting, Mr. Tang Xun, a standards certification consultant from Zhejiang Fangxin Standard Technology Co., Ltd., was invited to provide specialized guidance. During the meeting, Mr. Tang introduced the connotation and formulation philosophy of the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard. He stated that the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard is a group standard and discussed the advanced direction of the the draft standards, covering aspects such as product manufacturing processes, performance indicators, inspection and testing equipment support and quality commitment. This led to a lively discussion, and in accordance with the plan established at the launch meeting, a draft for soliciting opinions on the standard was formed.

Before the project meeting commenced, Mr. Chen Jialong, Director of the Lishui Economic Development Zone Market Supervision Bureau, along with Wang Chang, Deputy Director  and Wang Wenbo, Quality Section Chief, visited the company to offer their guidance. Director Chen conveyed the importance that both provincial and municipal leaders place on the development of the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard. He also shared updates on the progress of the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" initiative in Lishui and briefly outlined the strategy for enhancing standardization in the Economic Development Zone. He expressed high hopes for Dongou's efforts in advancing the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" standard system for "Polymer Sintered Microfiltration Membrane Elements," encouraging the company, as a benchmark enterprise like Dongou, to actively implement government directives, clarify responsibilities, and collaborate with third-party consulting firms to achieve this prestigious certification as soon as possible.

At the beginning of the meeting, General Manager Song Zhiqi delivered a welcoming speech. He expressed his gratitude to the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of the Economic Development Zone and other leaders for taking the time to visit Dongou and support the company's efforts in formulating the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" group standards.He nemphasized that Dongou’s development would not be possible without the strong support of various departments and units in the Economic Development Zone. Going forward, the company will continue to prioritize product quality, produce high-quality products and contribute to the high-quality development of the microfiltration industry’. Taking the "Zhejiang Manufacturing" brand as an opportunity, Dong'ou will also place greater emphasis on improving product quality through technological breakthroughs, process optimization and building a robust technological innovation system, aiming to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of its products.
