Recently, our company received ASME “U” steel stamp authorization and “NB” steel stamp authorization certificate from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), marking the succesful completion of the Joint Review and the NB registration in the United States. The acquisition of these two qualification certificates adds new splendid glory to the company's international pressure vessel manufacturing and quality system operation.

The ASME standards serve as the certification basis for the entire process of pressure vessel design, manufacturing, and inspection, while the NB registration is required to maintain the integrity and safety of pressure vessels after they are put into operation. Before entering the international market, domestic pressure vessel manufacturers must acquire market access to corresponding countries or regions. ASME Pressure Vessel Code, as an internationally recognized authoritative code, is widely recognized in the world. The main scope of the certification process forthe Joint Review includes quality assurance system manual, personnel training, personnel qualifications, personnel interview, design documents, process documents, material acceptance, equipment calibration management, non-destructive testing, welding material management, manufacturing process demonstration and final archives etc., and the results showed that it was in accordance with the requirements of the ASME Code. With the successful acquisition of the ASME stamp and authorization certificate, we will continue to improve product quality, paving the way for our products to enter the North American market and other countries.
